since customs house is such an open space even if we brightly light our thing it might not really have the effect we're going for if its positioned in direct sunlight, not until it gets dark
I was thinking to save a hell of a lot of energy if its a really sunny day we could use mirrors to reflect the sun's light which would be painfully bright in itself and use the lights at night
Don't ask me how this would work though, just an idea
